Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your service.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations:
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a fee of 20% of the service cost, which will be deducted from your deposit.
• No-shows will also be charged 20% of the service cost, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Please note that a new deposit will be required to reschedule missed appointments. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
